ideal weight!!

Craving for spicy chicken mcdeluxe:) hehe. 


But, in process to lessen my weight. Hmm, which one to choose? Well, there's some tips to maintain an ideal weight. Hope it will work:) insyaAllah.


  • An apple before a meal especially lunch
  • Drink a glass of plain water whenever you feel hungry
  • Eat a little in many time is much better
  • Don't avoid from taking dinner
  • Prevent taking food after 8pm everyday



Hmm, doesn't matter how much effort you put on to get an ideal weight, it will not work if you're not motivational enough. So, work hard okay. Me too trying to put out 2kg of my body. Haha. Wish me luck:)
