But, in process to lessen my weight. Hmm, which one to choose? Well, there's some tips to maintain an ideal weight. Hope it will work:) insyaAllah.
- An apple before a meal especially lunch
- Drink a glass of plain water whenever you feel hungry
- Eat a little in many time is much better
- Don't avoid from taking dinner
- Prevent taking food after 8pm everyday
